At Gifted Hands Universal, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every hand-braided wig. Because our products are custom-made and for hygiene reasons, we have established the following policy:
1. Custom Orders & Final Sales
All custom-made braided wigs are Final Sale. Because these units are created specifically to your requested color, length, and style, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind.
2. Cancellations
* Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
* After 24 Hours: Once production has begun, cancellations are subject to a [50%] restocking/labor fee to cover materials and time already invested.
3. Issues and Defects
We want you to love your unit. If there is an issue with your order:
* Manufacturer Error: If we sent the wrong color, length, or style variant, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unit.
* Resolution: If we are at fault, we will offer a repair, exchange, or store credit at our discretion. The wig must be in its original condition (lace uncut, hair unbrushed, and unworn).
4. Hygiene Standards
Due to the nature of our products and health department regulations, we cannot accept returns on any wig that has been:
* Worn or tried on.
* Had the lace cut or altered.
* Had products (glue, gel, spray) applied to it.
* Had the braids unraveled or restyled.
5. Shipping & Lost Packages
* We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
* We highly recommend selecting Insured Shipping at checkout. If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
6. How to Start a Claim
