Does my shipping and billing address have to match?
Yes, your shipping and billing address must match to ensure a secure transaction. If you'd like to use a different address, you must pay using ApplePay at checkout
Will I be refunded if I cancel my order?
Refunds are only issued if the cancellation is due to an error on our part such as a missed deadline, incorrect product, or quality issue. Custom wig cancellations are non-refundable. A refund may be issued on a ready to ship unit if requested before the 24 hour deadline after purchasing
What is the turn around time for a custom braided wig?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your wig. A representative will contact you after your order request to confirm all details before payment is accepted.
